As a primarily online global academy, RCIA provides accessible chaplaincy education to students and ministry leaders across different nations, equipping them with the theological knowledge, pastoral care competencies, and leadership skills required for effective service in diverse institutional and community settings.

The Academy offers Professional and Clinical Chaplaincy Education, combining academic learning with practical ministry training designed to prepare chaplains for service in environments such as:
